Offering a safe environment to explore our emotions
We are aware that psychological issues can eventually create physical problems if not dealt with we want to help people become aware of their emotions and how they impact on every day life, and give them the tools to change.
We do this by using neuro linguistic programming (nlp) mindfulness, emotional freedom technique (tapping), listening and coaching skills plus various therapeutic interventions.
